Nice to see kaiootter in his new partial suit in the first parade, nabbed this pic along with many others. I loved my location even though I would have loved more being in Artists Alley ^^;; but I digress. So his hands are raised and in a rather awesome turquoise suit top. Hee I actually like quirky suits. So kudoos. xD
