Forearms are like the hardest muscles to understand/draw.
I'm so proud that you're getting your shit down. As people suggested, reading up on artistic anatomy books drastically improves your understanding of the human figure. I would say though, that understanding the skeleton is the best thing you can do though. Figure drawing as well!
George Bridgeman: [Complete Drawing from Life - Link]
Burne Hogarth: [Dynamic Anatomy], [Dynamic Figure Drawing] [Dynamic Hands]
Mike Matessi: [Force: Dynamic Life Drawing for Animators]
I know they're a ton of books/pdfs, my advice or links may be unwarranted, but I hope at least some of them help! Who knows, you may like them and totally use them at your disposal now. You're already fantastic, and by golly, this'll just make you skyrocket! If you want any other books, let me know, I have a huge backlog of them.~
