I just cannot tell what her expression is saying, besides that she is sleepy. Or maybe I'm looking to hard and sleepiness is all she feels.

It's this tiredness, but with enough wakefulness that you can still somewhat function.

Q_Q ammagosh .... so adorable *shuts curtains and turns down volume* You can sleep 20 more minutes and call into work, you look like you need it D: really pretty... :}
