Whew, this has been MONTHS in the making and I'm pleased to report this little gal is FINALLY finished! (Well, the sculpture, anyhow. Now to see the factory paint some prototypes...get approvals...) I'm so glad I can bring another of these to life. :)
michelelight's artwork is great for turning into figures!
See http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4039349/ for the original artwork this figure was based on, and if you want to reserve a copy for yourself then just click the link above. The figure will be in foll-color and includes the little paddle shown in the drawing as well, haha. We're pricing her at just $60 plus S&H!
I'm expecting that the first copies should be hitting Further Confusion in January, and hoping that audience reception will be favorable. :) Making the run size just a little bigger this time to hopefully have more of these gals available all the way through the year, and from a personal standpoint I feel happy to apply better and better sculpting skills to these figures. Now I look back at La Brea and am dissatisfied, sigh. <XD
Again, if you'd like to preorder (or just look at more photos of the sculpt), click here: http://www.studiocute.com/store/ind.....products_id=23
P.S. I am not offering convention pickup for these figures at this time. If you order online, it must be shipped to you.
P.P.S. 140 hours, Super Sculpey and Apoxie over a wire/foil base.

Well, I've got mine preordered. <3
Any chance of you doing a completely nekkid sculpture sometime in the future? >.> I know it's pointless making requests, but one of the silver fox pics like Rapunzel would be awesome in 3D.
In wondering what ones would make nice sculptures, I noticed Miss Light never draws a full figure standing pose... ever, I wonder why.
Though I'd also like to see a /painted/ sculpture based off your own art style. I would have bought that Cat Dancer figure, but I didn't want to personally mutilate it with my lack of painting skills.

Thank you so much! For large projects like this it's always really helpful to garner as much advance support as possible. :) I'd like to someday put out my own release but I know other artists have much bigger audiences than I do, haha. <XD
As far as the total naked pics, hm, most likely not. Not that I have any objection to adult material myself (given my guy's art and all, I'm surrounded by way pornier stuff than Michele ever draws...lol) but I don't know that the market would really be there for a nude figure, and it's a lot harder to censor those things when sitting out on a dealer table. With all the time I have to put into one of these things to make it come out decently, it has to be something appealing to enough people to want to buy it, and sexy-but-clothed can be sold to a much larger potential audience than unclothed-and-nothing-hidden. :) That being said, there are a couple potential designs being evaluated that are basically "everything but," the technically-no-bits-showing stuff...if you have a strong desire to see one of them as a figure, you might want to drop Michele an e-mail or a PM just to help let 'em know about audience interest. :)
I can't speak for Michele myself, but IMO full standing poses don't tend to look as nice when selling prints...much easier to "fill the frame" and make an appealing picture when you pull in a little closer.
