Yeah, not much light out at Titan's distance, but enough, especially with the gas-giant reflection of the primary star, to still see on clear nights/days on their homeworld.
Can't get too close to them though, in your space-suits - the heat from the skin of a typical suit would burn horribly if touched more than a second or two ...
