today I had my advanced lighting midterm, we had to take the provided scene and light it at two different times of the day, so I picked midday and late afternoon.

A yes, memories of college. Except we had to model, light, and texture in my Lighting and Textruring class, and the quality of the model was at a higher standard than the modeling class. Yeah...the next semester, he completely revamped the coursework so that the students actually focused on what the class was supposed to be about, as many of the submissions were nowhere near his standards, because no one yet had the skills to do all of that in the time given. Seriously, he expected professional level work from still learning students. This might have earned you a C from him...maybe.
