As far as I can tell, that looks like just an ordinary Sure SM58 vocal mic. They're used everywhere.

This is just my visual assessment, but it looks like that poor mic has had some abuse, which might be why he gave it to you. That, and screamer vocalists are particularly notorious for trashing the mics by banshee-shrieking straight into the sensitive (and expensive) hardware. I'd find a sound guy to help you test that mic and see if it's still useable.

hahaha i kno its a cheap mic and stuff dont want to use it even tho i tested it out still wrks pritty good hahaha but thxs i have another wirless mic i use in my band that good for shows and stuff dont have it on me but i could tell u once i go to band prac
