Try this succulant salmon with its blend of tomato and rosemary for a wonderful moist meal from the kitchens of

Firstly, baking is a dry heat, like arizona! to keep things moist, I"ve discovered that hiding them in veggies to be fantastic! and..roasted tomatoes are sweet and delish. so I take my salmon chunk, and bake it!
one portion salmon [mine was at least 10 oz]
two medium tomatoes, sliced [enough to mostly cover]
olive oil
seasalt
black pepper
obsene ammounts of rosemary
bake for about 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
