The Caped Cod demands a queen. And he seems to have the eyes for Lady Malmsteen the queen of Petsylvania.
Caped Cod: ah my beautiful bat queen! Be mine and together we shall rule the seven seas with our ever loyal subjects.
Lady Malmsteen: You mean the license plate and the boot?
Caped Cod: Don't judge. The license plate is a hard worker!
I don't think Lady Malmsteen is particularly happy having this crazy fish trying to make her his queen. I mean given where she's from; Lady Malmsteen has dated wierd people. But nothing like a fish in a cape.

One is how nobody loved her when she was ugly. Once she becam beautiful she was suddenly loved...but by the wrong people. Caped Cod being among them. XD
Where she rules is also another reason why she attracts unfavorable people.
So she kind of lives a double life where one she doesn't like the people she attracts, but at the sam time wants to remain beautiful so no one will stop loving her.
I'm sure she'll be rid of Caped Cod soon enough. XD
