Test piece I did for MFF. This year I'm going to try to do all my colored pieces with acrylics instead of the usual marker/colored pencil combo.

Painting is a tough thing for me because it's not really something I pursued much in my traditional art education beyond integrating it as a mixed medium. I had done some painting recently for something personal and thought I should try it out. Right now I'm kind of limiting myself to trying to mimic my "regular" traditional art style, but once I'm more comfortable I'll hopefully branch out more.
