Design commission for my friend Zeke. He wanted me to create a visual design for an obscure Doctor Who character from the audiobooks named Lolita. She is the Master's sentient, human-shaped TARDIS.

I had absolutely nothing to go on for physical description, only her personality. I tried to pull some influence from other Old Who designs (particularly Time Ladies) , and also some Egyptian stuff since she was involved in some war with a lot of Egyptian names/parallels. The TARDIS-blue hair was Zeke's idea.
