Oh. My. God.
That just about sums this whole thing up. Behold, part deux to the double commission for Hida. OVER A WEEK. My hands need a serious break. XD Its kinda painful to type or do much with them. Regardless, this has to be one of the best things I've produced in ages. Had I been in school, I'd never be able to crank this sort of awesome out.
Anyway, real description. I could not for the life of me decide on a pose or even an idea, because I didn't have any. o3o The second theme, as you can see, was for Hida to either be sat on or almost sat on. I was drawing more blanks than I could handle. It was really frustrating because I was ready to tell him I couldn't do it. And I reeeeeeeeeeeeeally didn't want to do that. D: So I sat. And I sat. And I sat somemore. And then I wanted to smoke. That's when the almighty light blub clicked.
Hookah~ Yes. The ONE thing I will smoke (ok, so I may sneak a cigarette but I prefer shisa over it). So I drew it all out. Used minor reference for the actual hookah but its mainly from memory. Its fashioned after one that I've had at the Lounge in Broad Ripple. <3 Anyway, pain-stakingly EVIL background. I keep saying I won't do anything like that detail wise again, but I know I will. Because I'm stupid and love tormenting my hands. :'D Mmmyeah~ Also was a little sneak and didn't show Hida because I wanted it to be flooring when he sees it. X3 Heeeeeeeeeeeh~
