Fluffoffles smell sweet, depending on what they're based off of their scents may vary. Their fur is extremely soft and fluffy and the "waffle" looking areas on the belly and top of tail are almost like scales.

They're meant to look like them, but those areas are what secrete the sweet smell. They're almost kind of like scales but they're thick and squishy, I guess kind of like foam scales? Like if something hit them it would like bounce off of them. I don't know if I'm explaining it right... >_<;
