They're pretty close to classic kismesis really. X) The rivalry isn't quite as strong as Vriska would like, but they do inflict quite a bit of damage on each other (Vriska's eye and arm, Terezi's vision) and each indicate a fixation with the other (Terezi's single-minded conviction that "SP1D3RTROLL" was at fault despite clues that didn't add up at all, Vriska's glee that Terezi wore the Redglare outfit so that they could have "a proper rivalry").

But it doesn't matter. Ship and let ship. XD

Actually I think Terezi is avoiding that, considering things Vriska has said like (paraphrasing)-I see you've decided to take this rivalry seriously- or when she tried to drag her on about vengeance but Terezi got put off, among other examples. I think Vriska does want to strike black but Terezi's not interested.
I mean, Vriska's so needy of a blackrom that she even hatedated Eridan, for crying out loud x3
And she also hinted black at Tavros, then tried to get all red with him and failed as well...

Oh she's without a doubt an emotional wreck. She didn't hatedate Eridan though, you gotta give her more credit than that. XD She used him in LARPs to horde more sweet loot, but whenever he expressed actual blackrom interest she denied him flat out. The intense rivalry he described seemed more in Eridan's head and very not mutual. Their ancestors, Mindfang and Dualscar, had a true kismesis, but not them. Even a maniac wouldn't touch Eridan with a ten-foot poll. X)

The way I interpreted both trolls' actions, it seemed to me that Terezi did have black intentions for Vriska but then refused to escalate the acts of vengeance beyond what already occurred in the big Tavros-Vriska-Verezi-Aradia roleplaying fuck up because she realized just how dangerous Vriska is. There's a fine line between a stable, feisty kismesis and outright lunacy that results in a whole lot of unpleasantness and death, hence why I called it *close* to a classic kismesis. They never quite got there in the story, but I could see it having gone this route. This image is just something silly I got stuck in my head - Terezi finally catching up with Vriska and taking a taste for more evidence. XD

Mostly I ship Terezi <3 Karkat, but idk this is one of the only blackrom possibilities that really struck me. Plus I really enjoy both Vriska and Terezi and wanted to draw them. :P

Oh yeah, if they really got into it, Vriska <3< Terezi would be quite fun. And yeah, I can totally see Terezi licking Vriska to piss her off.
The MSPA wikia says that Eridan and Vriska had blackrom that she broke off, and that Vriska has an unrequited Blackrom thing for Terezi.
They do have a strong rivalry going on, tho, I'll give you that.

What I'd like to see is Nepeta <3 Karkat... but Terezi already stole that so tough luck.
