What do you see...?
This is the kind of stuff you normally wont see from me and the stuff I don't normally show.. I started doing pieces like this back in middle school, usually only once per year or so, as the ultimate venting tool. Lots of random thrown into one single picture, that expressed what I was feeling at any given time, and can hide many things inside of the chaos. It can take days to weeks to finish, depending on when my mind tells me to stop working.
There are lots of lines in these pieces. I can't explain the use of lines; only that maybe it represents frustration or being lost or confused, as this happens to me a lot in life and also occours a lot in this type of work.
I will say, the right corner, the flower, was not drawn by me but a very dear friend of mine, who I had sign the piece as well. Everything else stemmed from that flower and now the back of my sketchbook is a thing of beauty.
Just used pens.
