Remember, Kenny wore extra padding when he went to break up with Death because he didn't expect her to respond well to it. So yes, that is really Kenny in the video window. He only expected to wind up in the infirmary, but since Guy showed for Kenny's funeral which never happened, Kenny wanted to make reference to that. If Guy got another notification of Kenny's funeral, Kenny wanted Guy to know that it's more likely this time.
