This specific lizardman species that I am. When we mate with a dragon, we are genetically compatible - and produce a creature called a Sarnak (which there is one image in my gallery, I am not linking for this is not my gallery). Sarnak probably is a keyword that may pull up other examples from FA. The one I have is Braford art.
I believe Wikifur also carries a definition for both Iksar and Sarnak.
