1lb of chicken diced, and fried, in salt, pepper, and italian seasonings, and 2tbsp butter, set aside.

1 onion finely minced, in another 2 tbsp butter, till well passed glassy, bout 10 mins on medium. add in 2 tbsp flour, while it's still wet, then add 12oz milk, then add in 8 oz cheddar, and 4 oz parmesan, folding it into the sauce. then fold in the chicken, pour over pasta. bread bowl is optional, but fun, and FILLING.
