I toyed with several ideas for titles for this one. I was torn between the lifecycle of a grub...or should that have been spincycle....
anyway I scribbled this (hence the scrappy colouring and very basic drawings...actually lets call this a work in progress cause i'd like to do this one justice at some point.)
Grub is always there for me, no matter what, so its only fair that when he is in trouble or needs support that i'm there for him. This is one of those times

It's funny how tight these bonds can be. My own fox not-with-standing, my girlfriend and I took the little one to Build a bear over the weekend. It was supposed to be a re-stuffing trip, as her monkey was looking a little...worn. However, being three, the little one was hypnotized by all the colorful must haves, and we ended up getting her a new dog. Which she loved forever...until the monkey was out of the re-stuffer. Never have a seen such a turn around.
Also, saw a Grub in one of the claw machines at a local dennys here. Was gonna take a picture and show you, cuz it was a holloween grub, all black and orange. Same look as yours though.

I simply HAD to add this one, I actualy teared up at this knowing exactly how one felt as a puppy with ones teddy bear being put through the washer. It was never as sweet as how you have pictured it but still this HAS to be one of my fave pics of yours so far.

I know this comment is late, but I have to say, this pic is really nice. It has a bittersweetness to it for some reason, but in a good way. Something about even a child waiting for what they love some much, to the point where it's like their best friend, because it is; the fact that they have to be seperated, but the child waits eagerly.
