Mmm, I've seen an "ironbadger" around sometimes when I've been playing. Would that be you?

I've been playing on Skial's server, the furry pound sometimes, and I've been on CC2iscool.

Theres also a Los Angeles one I been to at times, but can't remember what its called.

CC2iscool moved its server and I have not found it yet- Though with the number of players using cheat scripts, I may not be back.
Don't tell me a scout can take 4 solid hits with a soldier rocket and still kill me, and shows no damage on his health meter just before I get sent to respawn....And do it several times in a row.
Or that heavy can jump like a scout, and run as fast as a pyro while spinning up his minigun unless cheats are in use.

Honestly, why do people even bother to play if they are going to do that?

I believe I've seen you playing in TFP. I usually play on servers 4 or 6 (love the MM6 map :>)

I agree with the cheat scripts hacks. The other day I kept getting killed by a spy who ran as a scout and was able to facestab :/

Oh! and engie is my 2nd favourite class, just between Heavy (1st) and Medic (3rd).

I play under "Ironbadger", so you have probably seen me.
(My account had to be Ironbadger136, because there were already several Ironbadgers...wtf.)


I would have to check which number servers I hit, but yeah.

I prefer payload missions, so if gold rush or another map I like is up, I'll go there.

I've done Saxton Hale on the pound too- fun for a while, but my lag makes it too hard to stay alive.


So that facestab kill IS a hack?

I've been killed with that several times, but I assumed he got behind me because of my enormous lag.

I was on Skial as a spectator the other night, and wound up watching a spy who had unlimited stealth.

Unless theres a watch I don't know about, he had to be using a hack.

I do heavy sometimes, but I usually do either engineer, pyro or soldier, depending on whether or not I have to help break a turtlefest.

I'll do other classes sometimes- but lag makes many of them a poor choice for me most of the time.
Can't do much if I freeze the moment I need to defend myself, or move.

I like to mixup the missions and maps, so that makes it unlikely for me to play on 24/7 servers. Personally my favourite kind of maps are Attack/Defend.

AFAIK, facestab *was* originally a bug having to do with the hitboxes, I'm not 100%, but it may still happen in a non-hack way due to lag and stuff. I guess yo ucould say: 1 facestab *could* be an accident. More then 1 is most definitely a hack.
regarding Stealth... there *is* a watch that can grant spies unlimited cloak, but only if they stay motionless (The Cloak & Dagger). The watch drains much faster than normal when moving, and it's not possible to recharge it with ammo drops, only by holding still.

I try to mix around and play all classes, but those 4 are the ones I enjoy the most :)

It seemed mighty weird to me at the time, but I do not play spies very often so I am not familiar with all the toys.

I got facestabbed by the same spy about 6 times in one night....It couldn't have all been lag, if what you say is true.
Of course, I also shotgunned him about 4 times....After a while I tend to keep the shotgun up and spycheck vigorously and continuously.

Yeah, I was going to agree with you, then I remembered that a Spy using the Cloak & Dagger properly can make it seem like he has unlimited cloak.

Yup, that many facestabs ought to be a hack. He probably wasn't using anything else, which explains how you killed him so easily.

I'd probably have to do it as templates, or it would take forever.
(Basic pose already done...Details like head and tails done custom.)

Oh, each one would be fully hand drawn...It would really only be poses, equipment, and basic body shape for a template.

I am actually planning an engineer costume for cons...complete with a mini sentry that fits into a plywood toolbox and a wrench to bang on it with...

Just need to set aside time to build it and make the costume.
