
Practicing drawing sheep. :) All of these were drawn using references from google. Practicing from real references is a great way for anyone to learn I think. My favorite is the one on the right!

It's using someones property without permission just because it's on the internet... that's stealing no matter what you'd like to think. :(
That's why there's such thing as 'stock photos'. Stock photos are pictures or art free to use for reference or what have you.

You can use other photos and things for reference, just not create derivative images based off of them.
If you browse through a bunch of sheep photos on Google Images, to get a feel for anatomy, that's fine.
Tracing them or using them directly isn't good, though.
You can find plenty of references under a creative commons license on flickr, with a quick search.
That's better than just using the Google image search in this case.

Thank you :) My coworker wants me to draw her as a sheep. So what better way to practice then drawing from the original thing? XD I didn't realize how difficult their faces were to draw though. They don't really have a strong distinct shape to their muzzle unless they are turned a certain way. ._.
