Nope, it's the original Timber Wolf.

The Mad Cat Mk2 was an Assault of 95 tons, the Mk3 was a medium who's weight I forget and the mkIV was sort of a body-redesign. The original is still my preferred one though.

hm, dont recall a Timberwolf class, but i only played Mechwarrior IV and Mercenaries.

Ah, I'm using the 'proper' Clan name for it. It was indeed called the Mad Cat in those games because the Inner Sphere noticed how it looked like a cross between the Marauder (MAD) and the Catapult (CAT). Thus, Mad Cat. The Mad Cat Mk2 and on was due to the clan Sea Fox picking up on the name and selling a slightly weaker version of their mechs to the Inner Sphere under a name they'd know.

maybe wrong to ask here but, got any updates on MW 5? all i hear is they fighting over some legal issues about 2 years back now, because of some mech designs or something

I indeed do! Apparently they've decided to go back on their decision and make it an MMO. It's still very much under speculation but popular opinion(which may be wrong, don't quote me on this!) is that it will be a little bit like World of Tanks.

What I DO know is that the devs claim to be sticking as solidly as they can to the tabletop mechanics, so it will not be entirely a twitch shooter like MW4. They also claim it will be free to play, but not a "pay to win" game like a lot of those Korean F2P games. real-money items will only exist to accelerate gaining things but apparently anything and everything will be able to be earned by playing.
