My new otter character. His name is Franklin Otterburt. He is a newsanchor. He started working as a fictional newsanchor at WWOR in 1985 unti 1989 when he left for WCBS. He is now the current ficitonal newsanchor at WCBS-TV Channel 2. He's my new character to live in New York. He lives in New York City.
