I wanted to be, a long time ago. like, when I was eighteen, seventeenish. but I talked to my dad and he just kinda scared me off of it, though I don't think he meant to <83 he was there himself for 16 years.

well my dad was the opposite about it, telling me go an join in the air forces but he did it like playing around

I wasnt the military kind of guy. If you went AWOL or didnt follow every single one of their orders
They had the right to punish you. To them the military comes first an everything else came second.
It was fun for the most part but the things you had to learn was to much at times.

I dunno. I feel like I do a better job under pressure and lots of rules, although it does make me a thousand times more nervous D: I whine too much anyway, haha, I don't think I'd make it
it must be a nice feeling, though, to those who survive service. even if you don't have strong feelings of patriotism, the fact ya made it out alive and sane is a personal victory, I'd like to think, haha

lulz little contradictory but understandable. I do work better when im told what to do but if Im relied on then I get nervous.
Im sure they sense relieved but at the same time they are scared for life both physically an mentally.
