Uhm... wtf is Sonichu? A pokémon/sonic mash-up or something?

Well it's a very long story, but Sonichu was this webcomic that was created about six years ago by Christian Weston Chandler. The original comic started as some weird mash-up of pokemon and Sonic with several other things the Chris-chan stole. It eventually turned into this giant wish fullfillment story that had more to do with the creator than the characters themselves and was universally considered the worlds worst webcomic. The creator himself being considered one of the worst human beings in the world. He is so hated that an entire wikipedia was created to chronologue every horrible thing he's done. http://www.sonichu.com/cwcki/Main_Page Sonichu Redemption (my version) is a re-imagining of the original only it will stay a pokemon/sonic fanfiction. I'm not the first person to do a remake of Sonichu, but I am one of the few whose remake wasn't created to troll Chris.

Just so you and I are clear. I am not the original creator of Sonichu I'm just doing a re-imagining. Sonichu Redemption is just some little side project I do for fun, my real comic (the one I plan to publish) is # Soldiers of Siravia. I want to clarify because apparently Morvik doesn't seem to realize this.

I never thought you were the original author, nor was I casting hate. I actually think that it would be a nice mash-up, even though I know nothing about it.

Well I know that, I was referring to Morvic because that's how he responded to it. Honestly, I'm starting to realize why most people on this site have never heard of Sonichu. The epic lul-saga that is Chris-chan and Sonichu was mostly contained on YouTube and DeviantArt. He was never on this sight so it's no surprise that most people here don't know about him. It's also funny you say that a Sonic/Pokemon fanfiction sounds like a good mash-up, because that's what I thought. After watching the Sonichu audiobooks by Vivitheg on YouTube, I came to realize that buried in all the crap that clutters Sonichu, there was a small kernel of creativity in it that could have made it a good fanfiction. That's what Sonichu Redemption is for, it's my attempt to do Sonichu as a proper Sonic/Pokemon mash-up with some of Chris-chan's characters integrated into the story.

I say go for it. I love making comics and if done right, Sonic fan-comics can be quite entertaining.
