Georgous and golden here's a simple succulant fried chicken recipe tham may soon be a family and friend's favourite at your den from the kitchens of
jakspica
more commonly known as "I broke into their house and cooked up a fried chicken dinner"
bag of boneless chicken breast
white flour
milk
eggs
olive oil
various spices
NOTE: some spices I found important were seasoned salt and white pepper, for this specific instance I even added some italian spice
oil in a pan on the stove, get it nice and hot
get two shallow dishes and put flour and your custom mix of spices in one
I've made this at several peoples houses, most of them have spice cabinets, so I was set
an equal amount of eggs and milk in the other dish
cut the chicken breast pieces into strips (preferably) dip them into the egg and milk mixture
then roll the chicken breast strips in the flour
repeat this several times until satisfactorily coated in batter
slap each piece on the pan and fry them up, turning them often enough to keep them from burning
fry until golden brown and sizzling
I keep them in a preheated oven to keep them warm while I make the rest of dinner
serve with mashed potatoes, beans, greens, or whatever else really.
excellent by themselves too ^^
