Done a couple months ago for school, an assignment I did in literally a morning... it's a companion piece to 'Red Listed'. I concentrated most of my effort on that snow leopard painting, but had the lines for this one. Not wanting to waste it, I painted it up the day it was due.
I think it's clearly a rush job, but I DO like the composition, if not the painting.
So I guess the environmental message of this one is that wind turbines are some of the most beautiful and yet badass things I've seen and I love them!

I agree with you about turbines (sadly, where I live, it's common for incredibly uncharasmatic people who don't appear to have any ideas of their own regarding renewable energy to go on the radio, or possibly TV, to whine whenever a wind farm is suggested because they supposedly make a lot of noise while disturbing the views, even though Lincolnshire doesn't have views for the most part due to being a flat expanse).
the moment I saw this i thought of the game Flower as there's a bit with wind turbins in it and it has blue sky's and green hills like the one you'v painted as the art stiyall is varey simerler it a verey relaxsing game and music is varey nice too I highle recermend it. and wind turbines are cool and we might be geting some off our south cost no one can complan about them there..tho I did see on the news this evening tha one up in schotlaned court fire during the varey high winds they have been having today
