Sonic panicked as the pipe stuck in his mouth continued to pump a thick, creamy substance down his throat. He could feel every part of his body bloating with fat, his painfully distended stomach rising above him, filling up more and more, his features being swallowed up by his own lard, becoming a hill of adipose with no signs of stopping anytime soon.
