This is Valerie Apis - member of Team Berserka at PokeCombatAcademy. A sweet lil thing (though a little bit vapid), she serves as a cheerful (and hyperactive) balance in a team full of loud, outlandish miscreants. She adores anything even remotely cute, much to Dallas's distress (that midgetty lil pichu).
