If you missed my tale of woe through my journals, I went to a ferret rescue fundraiser, where there were many items up for raffle, most of them ferret-related, of course. But this charming fellow caught my eye, and as a rabid gryphon collector, I had to have him. I bought as many tickets as I could with the cash I had (which was only three) and put all of them into his little raffle bag.

Imagine my dismay when a gentleman won the gryphon with only one ticket. A ticket that, he said later, he put into the gryphon's bag by mistake. I went up to him later and asked him how much he would want for it. He simply laughed, thinking I was joking. Little did he know.

I moped about it for the rest of the night, but soon forgot about it.

Cue a couple of weeks later when I got an email out of the blue from the guy that had won the gryphon, saying that he felt bad for winning something he didn't mean to, and had no one to give it to who wouldn't turn around and sell it. So I'm guessing he got my email from the director of the fundraiser (who had asked for it to thank me for fursuiting at her event). He said that after he saw my email name (same as my username) he knew that it was going to the right person.

He's got a wire skeleton and is poseable in his wings and tail. Not sure about anything else, as I'm afraid to try to bend him too much and tear him or something. His tush tag is from 2006, Kyril's Cavern.
