To clarify, yes that is a Vaporeon. The thing over his eyes are goggles. They are reminiscent of Flygon eyes. So, yeah. It's not a Flygon xD

It's kind hard to tell but it's a staff he's holding that's appearing in the background. It's suppose to be his weapon of choice.

This didn't have to take me so long since I was generally done with more thna 80% of it! But I was slacking a lot =w= The arms were probably my biggest problem since I'm not very good with them.
