(Trying to get back into the swing of traditional artwork lately since I've been neglecting it so much. I may take to doing a bunch of these smaller pieces. They're strangely calming to work on...)

Anyway, here we have early-onset infection Hyena after narrowly escaping a tussle with a larger, stronger Hunter in which she lost her eye and received the "claw marks" on her left side, thus learning that some Infected are best not trifled with. ESPECIALLY when you're not quite as physically powerful compared to them as you are fast. (Hell, she had a rough time of it early on. Kind of amazing she didn't get herself killed...)

Scanner ate the blood a bit and I'm not COMPLETELY satisfied with the anatomy, but overall I had a fun time with this quick little drawing.
