My good friend 
skyryd3r will be donning the cute snow lizard for one more convention before he is either retired (really this time) or completely refurbished for future cons and events.
Skyryd3r took second place out of 27 entries in the AC 2011 dance competition: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6012640 and will be dancing again at MFF. So, if you can, please show your support with your hoots and hollars as he performs again at MFF! Skyryd3r will also be roaming the halls and the Fursuit Parade with Tauntaun and is always up for greetings, Tauntaun hugs and photos.

Well there was 2 options... I was thinking of making a completely new tauntaun based on the shape and size of my older Dodger fursuit (smaller proportions and 3D eyes) http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3093106/ or rebuild and refur this current version. The advantage of making a completely new fursuit is better visability and since it is lighter and more comfortable, longer hours fursuiting. If I do rebuild the original tauntaun I may resculpt the head (same shape but roomier inside with better vision). Plans are still up in the air since I also want to make a dragon fursuit for myself sometime down the road.
I think you could get first if you did the robot head shuffle, sans the robot head, unless of course you add a special robot head tauntaun hat/helmet. ie here via you tube; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DHRH.....eature=related
Although sadly I won't be attending MFF for sure at this time, but very glad that you and Sky agree to take Taun Taun out one more time at this MFF, hehe looks like Sky's great performance changed your mind of retire him early ;)

I had SO MUCH FUN wathcing him dance at AC and practically lost it when he won (you can hear me scream in the video). When he asked if he could have another go at MFF I couldn't refuse. Sky is not really concerned about winning as he is just doing this for the joy of it. But like a proud father (or at least having created the tauntaun character), I hope he wins. ;)
umm if ya retire that suit can I haz it. taun tauns are awesome and id definately wanna build a star wars museum with anything i can find if I had the chance.
