Looks nice, though the main frame looks way too similar to Double X Gundam. Still, I blame that on the commissioner and not on you. Seems more like a mod to him, like standard X's Divider configuration, than a brand new Gundam, even with the addition of Wing Zero's and Strike Freedom's weapon themes.
GX-9901 with Wing Zero armament and Titans color scheme? And DRAGOONS? And Zero System?
I'm questioning tactical feasibility of this Mobile Suit. BR and HBS are both obviously quite power intensive, which means short operating time before recharge for sabers, since they obviously don't have large storage capacity due to size and TBR is known for quite limited energy reserve. Next, Satellite System requires NT-operated Flash System installed on the MS, which is not mentioned in the tech specs. If it is installed by default as part of Satellite Cannons, than I'd question it's compatibility with Zero System, as both of them are a type of a neural interface. Next, carrying two rather massive anti-ship/anti-station grade weapons and DRAGOONs puts quite a weight on the MS, which quite limits ether units mobility or operation time as there are no external/detachable propellant tanks. Next comes the questionable choice of a defensive mechanism. Beam Shields are usually equipped on close combat MSes, and with established mobility/fuel reserve problems this MS should have the role of one keeping back and sniping from afar, which would make an I-Field generator a more logical choice than the beam shield. And finally, boomerang axes belong to a slightly different genre.
This unit was clearly designed by using "throw everything cool I know of together" method, which works only for Mobile Fighters (which this one is clearly not). As a rule of thumb, being competent pilot beats fancy kited out machine in Gundam. Unless your name is either Kira Yamato or Mary Sue of course.
At least it's drawn really nice.

Nice argumentation. While it technically makes sense even to people who don't like Gundam all that much, what's the point? At least here. This was made according to tech specs and wishes of the commissioner, so I suppose it would be convenient to mention these to him.
Besides, this is clearly a concept and not something you'll see as a surprise at the end of Unicorn's fourth episode, don't get worked up about it :)

Well, I wanted to do so, as here people usually post a copy of the image they commissioned in their gallery, but that was not the case here.
And yes, I know it's a fan design, I think my screen name kinda suggests that=)
I also like a good fanfiction, like the fan designs by zyote himself. This... Mobile Suit just rubs my may sue allergy in a wrong way.

The original systems were modified and upgraded over the original versions. The weapons draw the energy from the special reactor on the gundam and the energy storage method was greatly improved on these weapons. The Satellite System was directly linked to the gundam during construction so a flash system wasn't required.
