Why was she wearing nothing but 5 bags? Because her original Paperbaghead costume got ruined on the way to the festival. Everything except the bag was lost or destroyed, and even the ink and the sticker came off of that. And she kept stepping in bags that were full of sticky candy, often in a spot where she had earlier heard foals screaming and a chicken clucking.
