I'm just now seeing this as I fell way behind on my submissions, but I wanted to say that the whole concept made me smile. Though I know a number of people bring their parents to conventions, it just struck me how you're getting him into it with a badge and all. :)

This looks really nice. I hope that he liked it, and that he had fun at the convention. (Wish I could've been there this year!)
