I Bet the reason they never put in a Kelpie Character is because of how Family-UNfriendly And Dark of the Concept of a Horse Drowning another horse and then Eating it after it dies!! as well as being the Outlier that goes AGAINST the Moral of the show, of Friendship being Unstoppable; since A Kelpie is a Carnivorous, Unrepentant FIEND, that's worse than ALL of the Show's Antagonists(Except for the ones who REMAINED Pure Evil, Like Queen Chrysalis & Tirek), and unlike the Majority of them who made a Heel-Face Turn; A KELPIE WOULD REMAIN AS AN ABSOLUTE EVIL; WAY PAST THE POINT OF NO RETURN, AND THE MORAL EVENT HORIZON!!

I Wish there was Such a Character who's T-H-A-T Morally Bankrupt and Pure Evil; and is a Kelpie.
