Yeah that must be it. ;P Certainly it's not two characters who you've never seen in the same image before.
Bug is skinny and happens to crouch a lot, but is otherwise a standard anthro size. And Vim is a taur, not a macro (last I checked); her largeness comes from her hindquarters which are mostly hidden by this pose.
