Decided to try a quick drawing tonight, and just as I pulled the tablet over and fired up OC, "Maybe I'm A Lion" by the Black Mages started playing. Well music does have a habit of inspiring me to draw, but usually not so literally.

Don't think I've ever drawn someone so moody before, looks like he's rather caught in thought, and doesn't seem particularly elated. The colours aren't exactly what I'd imagined, but it worked out rather nicely, a tad more realistic than the more bold colouring I'm used to. I'm also starting to slow unlock the secrets of texture through colour. Scary that I'm looking at this image and thinking that given another hour or two, I could do alot more with it.
