New Attica is divided into a number of 'Virtual Cantons', which act much like a state or province, save for not being geographically-based; any New Attican can choose to be a citizen of any Virtual Canton, regardless of where they reside. The Virtual Canton which DataPacRat (-the-fictional-character) has chosen is Geimthing, which translates from Icelandic as 'Space Parliament'.
