Pokemon latias was next in line so i got her done, i liked her appearance in pokemon forever so i attempted to draw a type of canal-like backround for her. I loved that movie because i love the city venice in Italy. Her body was really ward to work with, ecpectial with her arms and the tiny nup where her "feet flaps" were. i decided to change that to a nubby tail.
