She seems proud of herself
As if the faeries princess has duped the Elf

All she had to do is choose "us"
Choosing this would have been a must

She is gone now
So easily breaking her vow

She laid the blame
For a while, I felt the shame

But this had little to do with me
She has changed, you see

She so easily broke our hearts
Knowing we couldn't bear to be apart

But after pointing the finger
She was quick not to linger

Quickly abandoning the three of us
Without so much as a fuss

Then it occurred to me
She just wanted to be free

She wanted some time
But turns out she didn't want any of mine

I gave her some space
She was quick to put on an ugly face

No longer acting like a wife or mother
I wish I could just finally forget her

So I sit here hurt beyond belief as I hope and pray
God will take the memories of her and all our pain away

Karma shall repay her for her charades
Simply because she stabbed us with three sharp blades
