it's called the "drop and cough" exam which is a testicle examination which is practices to examine 2 things, it can be used to see if the balls have dropped or to check the testicles for the development of a hernia

They did a similar joke on Rocko's Modern Life! 'Cept it was an optometrist holding Rocko's eyeballs and telling him to cough. Amazing the crap that flew under Nickelodeon's radar on that show...

Ahhhh Rocko, there was another "cough and drop" joke in Rocko where the "doctor" kept making him do it because the doctor was feeling him up.....when looking back on cartoons from the 90's and sometimes late 80's it amazing what was snuck under the radar. I feel kids these days won't have as much fun revisiting their childhood given how much more restricted cartoon are today. It's such a shame....they have fallen so far imo.

Some of that old spirit has been retained... it's not nearly as bad as the 1970s, that's for sure. However, I dare say we'll never see another era for cartoons like the 1990s. Such a shame!

I dunno while the 90's may indeed be gone for good I do indeed think that there will be at some point another strong push for things like creator driven animation. Also you are right, the 70's was far worse and that in itself gives me some hope that it will improve.....maybe even one day I will be able to make a splash in the animation scene (though that may just be a pipe dream)
