When Sonic turned around to see Amy's Body, he was really astonished on how Amy became. Just because of his reaction and yelp, She became enraged by this and pummels Sonic.
The other Freedom Fighters of Knothole tried to stop her from beating him to death. Amy, being deeply consumed with rage, attacked the others as well. Their tries failed, but luckily the Zone Cops came in just in time and arrested her.
This is just made up story on what I saw recently in the Sonic Universe Issue of Scourge Arc. It was really humorous for a different Alternative Of Amy Rose and it cannot be ignored.
