Not nearly as bad as the lower ones. The top were much easier. Also, novacaine was helpful

Yup. lowers hurt, then again, they all hurt :\ Just ask for "topical" its a numbing gel agent they give before a novocaine local injection. That I found really helped.

Mine wasnt painful at all. I got left upper wisdom tooth removed for $51 and later pain was notpainfu.I still have 3 to remove still :C. Some start to grow and they hurt...

Aww Im sorry! Yes each one was horrible. Between having to get onsite injections of the numbing agent, to the horrible yanking, grinding sound each tooth made as they were pried out of my skull! I remember hearing about you having them all pulled at once (AC 2009 I think, or maybe a smaller con) that's what I would have preferred to do, but I did it one at a time because of funds and the doc said to not get them pulled until they bother me D:

looks like when i had a baby canine tooth that was stuck pulled out,wasnt fun AT ALL when the pain killer wore out. I was stuck in the car for 2 hours in traffic with my mouth bleeding,I hope i NEVER EVER have to get another tooth pulled out again. Ugly part is I still have all four of my wisdom teeth which means i'll probably have to have them pulled one day,you're lucky it's pretty much over now

Aww that sounds awful! I went without pain killers for 6 hours after this today cause I still had errands to run as well as another shot for a vaccination today D: I hope they never bother you! Brush, floss and use the purple Listerine mouthwash!

I couln't get them all done at once! I didn't have the monneeeyyyy D: and the doc wouldn't let me! Yuck! I wish I could have but yeah, i am a wuss *hides*

Yikes! Dont wait too long! Thats what I did at first! My first time getting my lower left pulled I waited near 6 months! It got SO infected D: It was easily the worst! It had a huge hole and was SUPER painful!

i had all mine out.. they messed up the one on the bottom. making my tooth beside that rot and had to be pulled also.. and i have had nothing but problems since.. kinda pisses me off..

THO mine was all done free.. good thing too.. cuz it cost like 2k here. i had to go to some guy cuz mine could not be pulled like a normal tooth.. they were all messed up.. :( was in so much pain i wanted to die.

Always creeps me out when there's still meat on them. But yeah.....having them straight-up pulled is nowhere near as bad as when they're impacted. Nothing like gaping wounds in your head for a considerable length of time.

Of course I need to set up an appointment first and see what dentists are covered by my health insurance.

I was one of those that opted for all 4 at the same time. Dunno yet if that was a mistake... but I do know I couldn't stand eating the soft foods they lectured me on... so I was constantly trying to pick and wash real foods outta the giant holes in my face.
But get this, my dentist said I did so well with the pain, that he wouldn't perscribe me ANY painkillers. Said generic ibuprophen or tylenol would work for me.

Oh what the hell! Id be so pissed! My doc gave me extra pills cause i whined alot :D

Dang, guess I'm happy they put me completely under to yank out mine. The thought of feeling them yanking it out is just *shivers* ....scary.

The cracking and breaking of the tooth sound is SO AWFUL

to me it sounded cool cause I did not feel pain and to me it wasn't frightening at all, it was cool. Only thing what is frightening are the bills you get when going to dentist...
