WOOOH, So I am in love with this. I have been working with paint tool sai lately after 5 years of adobe and it has been discouraging as you know. I found this lineart and decided to do some cell shading since I noticed I only have one picture from a REALLY long time ago in my gallery.
I'm sure now taht this is going to be my favorite way to color on paint too sai from now on. Though I will practice with my realistic and I'm planning on working on a pain over to try and get used to it. Though it's doubtful that it will not be frustrating. And I apologize for the photo background... I would have made it at least look like it was painted but I don't know how to do that with paint tool sai.
She has about 42 layers and took about six and a half hours to do. <3

I am very proud of how she came out. I worked really hard on her! And I felt the same way with the hair, but I wasn't sure what color to give it... I thought about giving her red or black hair... but I almost felt like the yellow would be a bit more complementary.. since blue is oranges complimentary. But in retrospect Black or even a purple outfit or eyes might've been a better choice xD
