He is staring at his axe, the Sariado (Sar-I-ah-doe)
He is in a sitting position I often use, heal to rump with my arms resting on my legs.

He is also more skinny compared to before, there are many differences in the tails, feet, legs, arms, and slight differences in the head and torso.

Note - he isn't actually in the same position as described, but its as close as it'll get.
