Last year, somebody, somewhere declared that November 21st would be Eevee Day, and much arting occurred.

After looking at some of said art ( like http://www.zerochan.net/360337 and http://www.zerochan.net/806798 ), I have come to the conclusion that Eevee Day coincides with Day Where Eevee Evolutions Are Really Tiny For Some Reason. So why not celebrate both?

This picture is a terrible unshaded rush job that I was just trying to make presentable before it stopped being November 21st. Expect a neater version to happen sooner or later.
