Again another entry into the long running and lovable Silly book of the fur community. this one Liz said she rather enjoyed doing and has a little story behind it!
as some know I have wanted to sit down and play a game against Liz for... many years, ever since she released the look of her Nid hive fleet, and i guess that gave a little bit of the idea... but if it was that was most likely subconscious thought behind it. anyway Liz said she found a write up online that said how to 'weight' your dice using a microwave... something about if you place the number you want to see the least on the bottom and the one you want to see the most on the top then turn on the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds... or something like that.
so i guess in this round of gaming with my silly book I'm winning by cheating *laughs* you would think she call me out on it or tell me to use other dice or even use em herself but oh well *smiles* :) i still love this pic a great deal! *claps happily*

I heard it from a friend. Not sure if it works or what the exact process is, but the theory is that you nuke it JUST long enough to shift a bit of weight to the bottom of the dice so the top - the number you want - is more likely to come up, but NOT enough that the dice looks melted or warped.
I would also like to add that I do not condone cheating. Unless the person you're playing against acts like a dick when they win.

Liz is a fan of the game? With nids too! Bet a friend of mine (who borrowed them off someone who writes evil lists) could give you a good game.
Not happy with necron update and my models are going, maybe my marines will do too, one day.

*shi nods* i've seen many luck six rolls. there was one game i played with a friend that i think i broke a record. sace marines vs necrons. i had 2 dreadnoughts with M-melta sfiring at a monolith using the old book not the new one... with my first roll i got a 3 and a 6. my second roll for armour pene was 2 sixes and on the last roll it was a 2 and a 6. my friend was mighty pissed.
i do play armies that have alot of templates. there was an old tactic write up i saw long ago and one of the tactics said was "templates are your friend... use often" so every squad of my tactical marines all have flamers and such :) hasn't let me down completely yet! *giggles*

*shi nods* I have seen it happen the most crazy event ever for me was with one of my scatter dies, my friends and all have talked about before we think this die is ... cruel and unusual to my opponents. so we decided to sit down one day at the local GW and count how many times it rolled direct hit with an army that had as many blast templates as I could use... by the end of the day and over a period of 3 games I roll a total of 28 direct hits, of that I had gotten up to 22 one after the other before the die finally rolled an arrow to scatter. ... mounted that die on the wall for being so damn awesome...
