Now that I think of it, It's 'none of the above'. Flankers of all stripes have square intakes, and the canard birds have no dihedral on the foreplanes. The Berkut is rounded like in the picture and the T-50 is a mix.
Of course, being fictional, we could say it's a one-off special and call it a day!

Well the rounded off intakes would help with stealth (Radar does not like round openings), and if it's based on the 37 then it already has a good amount of composite materials which do a good job of absorption.
Black paint is a given, as all aircraft are sexy in black (The black Tomcats in AC5....*drool*)
Dihedral on the canards could cause issues. It creates static stability in flight, where as the baseline 37 is made to be a tad unstable, and 'tamed' by the fly-by-wire.
